Check in: is at 4PM
The access code is the last four digits of your cell phone. This can be used for any of the outside doors. Your code will automatically expire from the locks shortly after check-out.
Check Out
Check out is at 10:00 am.
- If your house has a window AC/Heater, please turn off.
- A/C set at 74 degrees. Heat at 65 degrees in cold months.
- Lights, TVs, and Kitchen appliances turned off. If you logged into an app on the smart TV we would recommend logging out. If your property has outdoor string lights, please turn off.
- Leave used bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths on bathroom tile floors.
- Please don’t leave any trash in the house.
- Wash and put away dishes. You may leave the last load running in the dishwasher.
- Check under all beds, sofas, drawers and closets for your belongings.
- Lock all doors and windows.
